Why Ordination?
It is God who gives us our calling, that is a matter between you and
God. All any human can do is recognize your minister calling, by recording your ordination. This recording is what makes your
ordination legal, in the eyes of the government and society. Society demands to see ones proof of qualifications in the
form of certificates, licenses, and or degrees. We enable the believer by legally issuing credentials of ordination as
that proof.

How long is my ordination good?
Your ordination is for life, however to keep in good standing with TCOLW you
must renew your Letter Of Good Standing and ID card once a year on or before the anniversary of your ordination if you intend
to perform marriages in your state.
Most states
require proof that one has been ordained by a Church before they will register you as a minister licensed to perform marriages
in the state you reside.
(NOTE: Expired Letters of Good
Standing and ID cards do NOT mean your membership or issued ordination certificate has expired, it just means these
two optional documents expired and need to be renewed IF necessary for your ministry needs).
Can Ministers Ordained Online Officiate Marriages?
Yes, your ordination makes you equal with any other Minister. Most states have enacted certain
laws governing marriage, such as age of consent, blood tests, details about filing the marriage certificate, etc.
As an independent ordained Christian Minister you are legally responsible for following the local laws
and requirements to perform marriages, Usually a visit to the local Court Clerk will be helpful in this matter.
Are Ordained Ministers Tax Exempt?
Being a minister or member of this ministry does not mean you are now a non-profit entity. You
have to file the paperwork and meet IRS requirements. It is recommended that you seek qualified legal or tax advice for additional
information regarding this matter.
What is the cost of your ordination program?
ITS FREE! The email Letter of Ordination that is sent to you is legal proof of your
ordination. Some newly ordained ministers do want credentials that they can display on their home or office walls. We provide
them for a donation. This is the only way we could manage the costs to provide this service. Click on following link. http://tcolw.tripod.com/churchoflivingwater/id7.html
How are you supported?
Our ministry is supported by donation gifts freely given by those who are dedicated to the work
of this ministry. These donations are made through obtaining course certificates, ordination credentials, and love offerings.
These donations are used to support out ministry in Pakistan, our tape ministry, and our two weekly Church services that we
hold at two Nursing Homes.
Training or seminary?
Before ordination we require all clergy applicants
to complete an online Bible Study course, with a passing grade of 80 percent. Also, applicants must be at least
25 years of age.
Are Titles issued?
Minister, Pastor, Bishop, Evangelist, Brother,
or no title at all. These are the only titles that we allow to be used
When applying for credentials please state which title you want if any on your credentials.
Is Online Ordination recognized as by other ministers?
Did Jesus call twelve seminary professors to be His disciples? No, He called and ordained ordinary
people! The state you reside in will recognize you as a legally ordained minister, and we here at TCOLW and all its
members will recognize you. Most importantly you will be recognized as a minister [servant] of God by all to whom you minister.
If what is important to you is being recognized by someone as a Minister of God by a piece of paper and not by your service,
then please do not apply with us for ordination.
Are your ordinations strictly Christian?
Yes! We only ordain sincere persons having a God calling, and all applicants are screened, and
must take the FREE online Ordination training.
Can you contact me by phone
Because of my hearing impairment on the telephone. I do not take phone calls personally. I would prefer that
you contact me by email. This really is the better way. I will usually get back to you the same day and normally within
an hour or two.
