Most States require proof that one has been
ordained by a Church before they will register you as a Minister licensed to perform marriages in the State you reside.
(NOTE: Expired Letters of Good
Standing and ID cards do NOT mean your membership or issued ordination certificate has expired, it just means these
two optional documents expired and need to be renewed IF necessary for your ministry needs).
